Consultancy Services

In most of its realised projects, INVESTIČNÍ KLUB, a.s. acts as a consulting and managerial company, which has over the years of its activity on the capital and financial market gained the necessary know-how, finances, and contacts essential for the successful completion of mergers, acquisitions or development. One of our advantages is also our customary direct participation on the project as one of the shareholders, proving we have a clear interest and confidence in its successful conclusion.

Furthermore, we facilitate accounting services and consulting for all our projects, both before and during their implementation. We also offer these services to our longstanding partners, with whom we share mutual trust developed over years of cooperation.

These partners include a number of companies outside of our group, for example, the leading engineering group and recognised system integrator SPEL a.s., the paper manufacturer Krkonošské papírny, a.s., the engineering company Modelárna Liaz s.r.o., and in the past also the Ministry of Defence of the Czech Republic (Military Repair Enterprise VOP012), Asseco Central Europe, a.s., Skanska a.s., Česká pojišťovna, a.s., Credit Lyonnaise (CZ), and BNP – Dresdner Bank among others.
